The North West Children’s Safeguarding Partnership brings together the 24 local safeguarding partnerships across the North West into a single learning and improvement system. Its purpose is to build shared understanding, develop practical tools, and promote a more consistent, informed, empathetic, and effective approach to safeguarding across the region.

In 2024, delegated and lead safeguarding partners across the North West committed to regional collaboration through a Memorandum of Understanding, strengthening collective responsibility and shared learning across partnerships.
